Wenskay, has spent decades as an in-house executive and patent attorney for major multinational corporations like Disney and Pioneer Electronics.  In these roles he retained and managed the work of patent attorneys at many law firms.  As a result, this firm is oriented to approach matters from a client's perspective.  This means that we will not just automatically pursue an expensive patent application without first conducting a serious assessment of your invention to insure that it is technically feasible, legally patentable, and commercially viable.  Only if your invention meets these rigorous standards, will we recommend proceeding with a substantial investment in patent application.
